Name: Senior Accountant

Salary: ₹32,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the complete accounting function, from day-to-day bookkeeping to finalization of accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end accounting from voucher entries to finalization of books.
- Maintain books of accounts using Tally/ERP software.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and supporting schedules.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and return filings.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial reports for management.
- Monitor journal entries, month-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- 3–6 years of experience in accounting from bookkeeping to finalization.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
