Role Overview
This is not a typical sales role.
At PXPL, you won’t just “sell design.” You will help businesses understand why they need clarity before creativity, positioning before visuals and experience before execution.
You’ll work closely with founders, business owners and decision-makers, guiding them toward building meaningful, high-impact brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients across industries
- Lead conversations with founders to understand business challenges
- Translate business needs into Brand Experience (BX) opportunities
- Present PXPL’s approach (Positioning → Identity → Experience) clearly and confidently
- Manage inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with strategy and design teams to shape proposals
- Maintain pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM tracking
- Achieve revenue targets while maintaining quality of clients onboarded

- Ability to think beyond “logo and branding”
- Strong curiosity about how businesses work and grow
- Confidence to challenge client assumptions when needed
- Clarity in communication—not just fluency
- Sensitivity to identify real problems, not just stated requirements
Eligibility
- 2-4 years experience in Sales / Business Development / Branding / Consulting
- Strong communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred)
- Understanding of branding, marketing, or business strategy is a big plus
- Comfortable handling founder-level conversations
- Self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with CRM tools / Google Sheets
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
