Skills: Knowledge of Shopify and similar e-commerce platforms is an advantage
- Coordinating with different pharmacies to arrange and dispatch orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicating with customers to ensure that they receive their orders in a satisfactory condition and addressing any issues that may arise
- Coordinating with drivers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Preparing relevant reports on orders, inventory, and other operational metrics as required
- Continuously monitoring and analysing the performance of the operations and making improvements as needed.
- Keep track and maintain inventory records, plan and reorder stock as needed
- Provide customer service, answering queries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
