We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Generalist of experience in the IT industry who can independently manage HR operations, drive recruitment, employee engagement, and contribute to building a strong and positive work culture.
Job Responsibilities
End-to-End IT Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.
Understand hiring requirements from management and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical and managerial rounds with hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Handle offer negotiation, salary benchmarking, and closure.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and hiring reports.
Conduct campus recruitment drives and internship programs.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Coordinate documentation, joining formalities, and orientation sessions.
Maintain employee records and personal files.
Conduct exit formalities, including full and final settlement coordination.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
HR Operations & Administration
Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Maintain employee database and HRMS (Zoho People / Payroll).
Manage attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing and compliance.
Ensure employee data accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Plan and execute engagement activities such as Fun Fridays, festival celebrations, team outings, and quarterly events.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
Organize recognition and reward programs.
Performance Management & Employee Development
Support performance appraisal processes and goal setting.
Coordinate feedback cycles and review discussions.
Work with managers on employee development and retention.
Assist in identifying training needs and organizing learning programs.
Support certification and career development initiatives.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees.
Ensure a healthy and transparent work environment.
Provide guidance to managers on people-related matters.
HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Maintain documentation related to compliance.
Support audits and internal HR process improvements.
Strategic HR Initiatives
Support HR projects such as employer branding, diversity and inclusion, HR automation, and process improvements.

Requirements
Desired Skills & Competencies
3+ years of experience in HR in the IT industry.
Strong experience in IT recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong relationship management.
Good knowledge of HR tools and HRMS.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ownership.
Preferred Educational Qualification
