- Operate and monitor SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines for PCB assembly production.
- Perform machine setup, feeder loading, and changeovers according to the production plan.
- Inspect PCB assemblies and identify component placement or soldering defects to ensure quality standards.
- Carry out routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Maintain production records and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve daily production targets and resolve process issues.
