Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine laboratory tests, analysis, and sample processing with high accuracy.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure precise results.
- Manage patient documentation, data entry, and timely report generation.
- Handle outdoor coordination, sample collection, or transport as required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lab Technician or Phlebotomist.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT) or equivalent.
- License Mandatory: Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License for essential field mobility.
- Languages: Proficient communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, hygienic work practices, and strong professional ethics.
