Location: Mohali
Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated AR Caller to join our team for an international process. The candidate will be responsible for handling medical billing and accounts receivable tasks with US clients.
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹23,000
Shift: Fixed Night Shift
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Facilities:
Cab Facility Available (Pickup & Drop)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls to insurance companies regarding claim status
- Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve billing issues
- Ensure timely payment posting and account updates
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions
- Work on denied claims and take appropriate actions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any stream
- Good English communication skills
- Freshers can Apply
- Basic knowledge of medical billing processes
