We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee client projects, coordinate and calling clients, coordinate teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, video editors, developers, and marketing specialists.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide project updates.
- Create project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
- Track campaign progress and prepare reports for clients.
- Identify project risks and implement solutions proactively.
- Conduct regular team meetings and status reviews.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with management to improve agency workflows and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or agency operations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing processes and platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with website development and creative production workflows.
