Job Title: Multi Body Dynamics (MBD) Engineer
Location: Pune
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Multi Body Dynamics (MBD) simulations using ADAMS Car.
- Carry out structural FEA activities using HyperMesh, OptiStruct, and Abaqus.
- Conduct full vehicle MBD analysis and interpret simulation results.
- Work on vehicle dynamics, suspension systems, and suspension tuning activities.
- Perform Steering and Suspension Kinematics & Compliance (K&C) analysis.
- Develop and simulate mechanisms using ADAMS and related tools.
- Create ADAMS templates from scratch and formulate equations for actuators and mechanisms.
- Generate required outputs and provide detailed result interpretation.
- Identify engineering solutions through logical analysis and product knowledge.
- Adapt to changing project requirements, domains, and products.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ADAMS Car.
- Hands-on experience with HyperMesh, OptiStruct, and Abaqus.
- Good understanding of vehicle dynamics and structural FEA for automotive or off-highway vehicles.
- Knowledge of vehicle suspension systems, steering systems, and K&C analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Domain:
Automotive / Off-Highway Vehicle Engineering
