About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Equity & Commodity to lead a team of dealers while ensuring excellent client service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in equity and commodity trading, and the ability to manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Equity & Commodity Dealers.
- Monitor team performance and ensure daily targets are achieved.
- Handle and resolve client queries and escalations efficiently.
- Guide clients on equity and commodity trading-related processes.
- Ensure smooth trade execution and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor trade margin utilization and client portfolios.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and MCX guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
- Train and motivate team members to improve performance and productivity.
Required Skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and trading platforms.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Equity & Commodity Trading or Broking.
- Prior experience in handling a team is mandatory.
- Experience in client handling and client relationship management is mandatory.
- NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) and NISM Series XVI (Commodity Derivatives) certifications are mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
