Your Role
You will be responsible for generating business opportunities, connecting with decision-makers, and supporting the sales
team in expanding our customer base across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Pune.
You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in building our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with businesses through outbound calls and lead-generation activities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through online and offline research
- Schedule product demos and business meetings for the sales team
- Share brochures, presentations, demo videos, and product information with prospects
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up updates in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead management
- Follow up with clients on proposals and discussions
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Participate in internal meetings, sales reviews, and training sessions

What We Are Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Confident and energetic personality
- Ability to handle objections and stay motivated
- Basic understanding of sales or telecom/IT products (training will be provided)
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp Business
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
