We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing IT team.
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with product inquiries, onboarding, issue resolution, and follow-ups. You will work closely with our development and marketing teams to ensure customers receive the best possible support.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Assist customers with software, website, mobile app, and digital service-related queries.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/software.
- Explain product features, pricing, and service offerings clearly.
- Ensure timely response through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling, or IT Support.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Good computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling customer calls and follow-ups is an added advantage.
