Job Description
We are looking for a driven and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to generate registrations and create awareness for our B2B webinar programs. The candidate will handle end-to-end digital campaigns, performance tracking, participant communication, and lead management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta platforms
- Drive webinar registrations through lead generation campaigns
- Manage email marketing campaigns including segmentation, drip campaigns, and broadcast mailers
- Optimize landing pages and registration funnels for better conversions
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, and registration rates
- Coordinate with the design team for campaign creatives and promotional materials
- Handle webinar participant communication including reminders and follow-ups
- Take inbound and outbound calls to support and onboard webinar participants
- Maintain CRM records and segment leads for targeted outreach
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience in lead generation or webinar registration campaigns
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and related digital marketing tools
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling professional B2B participant calls
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
