We are seeking an experienced, result-oriented, and professional Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate must already possess a proven track record in educational counseling, handling student/parent inquiries, and driving admissions. You should be able to hit the ground running from day one.
Important Note:Only candidates with a minimum of 1 year of continuous experience in the same field (Academic Counseling / Education Sector) need to apply. Freshers will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert counseling to students and parents regarding courses and career pathways.
- Efficiently handle walk-ins, telephonic calls, and online leads, and convert them into successful admissions.
- Manage the complete admission funnel and maintain detailed follow-up records.
- Consistently meet monthly and weekly admission targets.
- Utilize past experience to solve student queries effectively and build strong trust.
Mandatory Criteria & Qualifications
- Experience: Strictly Minimum 1 year of solid experience as an Academic Counselor in the education/training sector. (Experience certificate or proof of work may be required).
- Education: Minimum Graduation (Any Bachelor's Degree).
- Key Skills Required:
- Exceptional communication and convincing skills (Fluency in Malayalam and English).
- Strong target-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
