We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele callers (Freshers) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and providing information about our services to customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
Explain company services/products clearly and politely
Maintain call records and update customer details
Follow up with interested customers
Achieve daily/weekly call targets
Provide good customer service and build positive relationships
Eligibility Criteria:
Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year experience
Basic knowledge of English and local language
Good communication and listening skills
Willingness to learn and positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge
Skills Required:
Strong verbal communication skills
Confidence in speaking on calls
Ability to work in a team

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
