Cosmo Radiance is a premier integrated centre in Miyapur, dedicated to providing top-tier patient care and comprehensive health services. We are looking for an enthusiastic and communicative Telecaller to be the first point of contact for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments and assessments.
- Answer patient inquiries regarding our integrated services, centre timings, and available treatments.
- Follow up with patients post-consultation and ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain and update the daily call database and patient records accurately.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or scheduling software.
- A polite, patient, and professional phone etiquette.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
