Job Summary
Litoust India Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Google Ads & Meta Ads Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong understanding of campaign planning, optimization, conversion tracking, and lead generation. The role requires a data-driven professional who can maximize campaign performance and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing.
- Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, and creatives to improve ROI.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target Cost Per Lead (CPL) and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research.
- Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads features, policies, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Lead Generation campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking and event setup.
- Ability to optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certification is preferred.
- Meta Blueprint Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience handling lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses is preferred.
