Service Advisor – Automobile Industry
Job Description:
The Service Advisor is responsible for interacting with customers, understanding vehicle issues, preparing job cards, and coordinating with the workshop team to ensure efficient and timely service. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand vehicle service requirements
- Prepare job cards and explain service details and estimates
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff
- Update customers regarding vehicle service status
- Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles
- Handle customer complaints and provide proper solutions
- Promote additional service and maintenance recommendations
- Maintain proper service records and documentation
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
