Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured individual counselling sessions and provide psycho-social support.
- Facilitate family communication and coordinate family counselling sessions.
- Plan and support therapeutic group activities such as Psychoeducation, Art Therapy, Sound Healing, Movement Therapy, Zumba, and other recovery-focused programs.
- Coordinate client consultations with psychiatrists, general physicians, and other clinical specialists.
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation, observation reports, and session records.
- Collaborate closely with clinical, medical, nursing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client care.
- Provide timely updates to families while maintaining professional communication.
- Participate in case presentations, interdisciplinary meetings, and post-care initiatives.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) – Medical & Psychiatry
- Excellent interpersonal, counselling, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Experience in mental health, de-addiction, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings will be an added advantage.
