Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Post job openings and screen resumes
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Onboard new employees (orientation, documentation)
2. Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and grievances
- Promote a positive work culture
- Support conflict resolution between staff
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Assist in payroll processing
- Manage employee benefits (insurance, leave, etc.)
- Maintain compensation records
4. HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Update HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and documentation
5. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Track employee performance and development
- Assist in training and development programs
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs
- Organize workshops and training sessions
- Support employee career growth initiatives
7. Administrative Duties
- Maintain HR databases and reports
- Handle employee documentation
- Prepare HR-related reports for management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Familiarity with HR software systems
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
