Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires for a Salesforce-certified professional with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and CRM administration. The candidate will be responsible for delivering data-driven CRM solutions, marketing automation, and AI-driven workflow automation using modern Salesforce and Microsoft technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce CRM administration activities including objects, fields, validation rules, flows, page layouts, reports, and dashboards
- Design, develop, and implement marketing campaigns, journeys, and automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Develop personalized and dynamic content using AMPscript and integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM
- Configure and manage Salesforce Data Cloud including data streams, data model objects, segmentation, and activation
- Perform data transformations, identity resolution, and generate actionable insights through reporting
- Develop APIs and manage integrations between systems
- Work on Microsoft Agentic AI solutions including Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve marketing automation issues
- Maintain centralized dashboards for reporting and business insights
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Salesforce Administration, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud
- Experience in managing user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings within Salesforce.
- Ability to analyze system logs and error messages to diagnose and resolve application issues.
- Familiarity with data management techniques including data import, export, and validation in Salesforce.
- Skilled in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
