Roles & Responsibilities
The selected interns will be responsible for:
- Understanding existing business processes across Production, Quality, Purchase, HR, Operations, and IT.
- Gathering functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Designing scalable Microsoft 365-based business solutions.
- Developing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and pages.
- Creating Power Apps (Canvas and SharePoint-integrated) for business process digitization.
- Developing Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, reminders, and data synchronization.
- Building interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Integrating Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Excel, Power Apps, Planner, and Power BI into unified solutions.
- Designing data structures and maintaining data integrity.
- Preparing technical documentation, user manuals, and process flow diagrams.
- Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolving issues.
- Supporting deployment, user training, and knowledge transfer.
- Recommending process improvements and automation opportunities.

Mandatory Experience
Applicants must have completed at least one hands-on implementation project involving Microsoft 365 or the Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience should include one or more of the following:
- Development of SharePoint portals or intranet sites.
- Power Apps application development.
- Power Automate workflow implementation.
- Power BI dashboard creation.
- Microsoft Lists-based business applications.
- Integration between Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Excel, and Power Platform.
- Digital workflow automation projects.
- Business process digitization projects.
- Academic capstone projects using Microsoft 365 technologies.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate their work through project documentation, GitHub repositories, portfolios, videos, or live demonstrations during the interview.
Preferred Skills
Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to:
- Manufacturing industry processes.
- Automotive industry operations.
- APQP and New Product Development (NPD) workflows.
- Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Cp/Cpk calculations and interpretation.
- Lean Manufacturing concepts.
- Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949).
- Basic SQL.
- REST APIs and connectors.
- JSON expressions in Power Automate.
- Power Fx formulas.
- UI/UX design principles for business applications.
- Change management and user adoption practices.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
