Job Description
The Business Executive supports the Manager in driving market intelligence, lead quality, and targeted B2B marketing and sales initiatives. The role involves translating technical offerings into effective marketing tools, supporting sales activities, and contributing to business growth through data-driven market insights.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist the Manager in conducting market research, identifying industry trends, and verifying marketing leads
● Create, manage, and update marketing tools such as brochures, presentations, and technical collateral
● Analyse import/export and market data to support strategic decision-making
● Plan and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns for industrial and technical audiences ● Support the sales team with marketing materials, proposals, and tender documentation
● Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging
Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree (BSc), preferably in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline
● Master’s degree preferred (MBA or equivalent)
● Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in B2B or industrial marketing
● Strong background in market research and business development, preferably in the international markets.
Skills & Competencies
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Fluent in English
● Strong ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
● Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools is an advantage
● Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
● Effective coordination and project management skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
