Job Description - YouTube Channel Manager
Job Overview: We are looking for a highly driven YouTube Channel Manager who understands what makes channels grow. This is a hands-on strategy and growth role for someone obsessed with YouTube, its algorithm, content performance and audience behaviour.
Responsibilities
- Lead channel growth and content strategy.
- Work closely with researchers, writers and editors.
- Manage content execution under tight deadlines.
- Improve views, subscribers, retention and overall channel performance.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, analytics, content strategy and audience growth.
- Minimum Experience of 2-5 years Deep passion for YouTube, trends and platform updates.
- Experience growing channels from scratch or within an established organisation.
Non-Negotiable
- Proven track record of scaling one or more YouTube channels to 200K+ subscribers.
- Hands-on experience managing channel growth, not just uploading or coordinating content.
Benefits:
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
