Job Summary
We are seeking a presentable, well-spoken, and highly organized Appointment & Pharmacy Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial part in managing both front-desk administration and in-clinic pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Scheduling: Manage daily appointments, follow-ups, and patient flow efficiently to minimize wait times.
- Front Desk Administration: Handle clinic software, register new patients, and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.
- Pharmacy Operations: Bill and dispense prescribed medications accurately to patients.
- Inventory Management: Manage in-clinic pharmacy stock, monitor inventory levels, and track expiry dates.
- Team Coordination: Communicate and coordinate smoothly with doctors and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient journey.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A presentable, professional, and welcoming personality.
- Basic knowledge of computer software and billing systems is essential.
- Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Prior experience in a clinic, pharmacy, or front desk role is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
