We are hiring for Accounts Manager for Manufacturing Industry

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Salary: Upto 7.2 Lakhs per annum
Key Responsibilities:
# Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliation, and Cash Management.
# Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and MIS reports.
# Handle account finalization and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory and financial regulations.
# Prepare and file GST returns, reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC), and ensure timely statutory compliance.
# Coordinate and support statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and financial assessments.
# Liaise with Chartered Accountants (CA), auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and government authorities on financial and compliance matters.
# Monitor cash flow, working capital, budgeting, costing, inventory accounting, and financial planning to support business objectives.
# Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis for management review.
# Maintain strong internal controls and ensure the accuracy of financial records and accounting documentation.
# Supervise journal entries, ledger reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and account reconciliation processes.
# Lead and mentor the accounts team, ensuring timely reporting, productivity, and continuous process improvement.
# Identify opportunities to automate accounting processes, improve financial controls, and enhance operational efficiency.
# Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
