- Managing reservations (online, phone, walk-in)
- Answering guest inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, etc.
- Handling complaints or special requests professionally
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintaining records, billing, and payments
- Strong communication (English + local language)
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Basic computer knowledge (hotel software like PMS systems)
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability
- Customer service mindset
- Usually a degree or diploma in hotel management (not always mandatory for entry-level roles)
- Freshers can apply; experience is a plus
