Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Talent Acquisition professional with deep expertise in IT Sales hiring across SaaS, Enterprise, and B2B segments, specifically for US and Europe markets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of hiring for revenue-generating roles and a strong understanding of global sales hiring dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for IT Sales roles across global markets (US/Europe)
- Hire for roles such as:
- Sales Managers
- Account Managers
- Business Development Managers (BDM)
- Enterprise Sales Executives
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, sales structures, and KPIs
- Source, screen, and close candidates with strong alignment to sales targets and performance metrics
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure quick turnaround time (TAT)
- Drive hiring strategies for SaaS and enterprise sales talent
- Maintain strong candidate pipeline for niche and leadership sales roles
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Sales Hiring (SaaS / Enterprise / B2B)
- Hands-on experience hiring for US and/or Europe markets
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs:
- Quota
- ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)
- Deal Size
- Pipeline Management
- Experience hiring mid to senior-level sales professionals
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from Product-based / SaaS companies (First Priority)
- Candidates from IT consulting / staffing firms with strong sales hiring exposure (Second Priority)
- Demonstrated success in closing critical sales positions
- Good understanding of sales compensation structures & incentive models

- Immediate to short notice candidates preferred
- Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
