Role Overview
We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and empathetic Inside Sales Counsellors who can engage with prospective customers, understand their health goals, and guide them toward the most suitable Sugarfit program. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, consultative selling abilities, and a passion for helping people improve their health.
Key Responsibilities
● Connect with inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
● Understand customer concerns related to Type 2 Diabetes, weight management, and metabolic health.
● Educate prospective customers about Sugarfit's T2D reversal and GLP-based health programs.
● Conduct detailed counselling sessions to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
● Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling.
● Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
● Achieve individual sales and revenue targets consistently.
● Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
● Coordinate with medical, nutrition, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
● Stay updated on Sugarfit products, healthcare trends, and industry developments.
Required Skills
● 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Counselling, Health-tech Sales, Ed-tech Sales, Insurance Sales, Wellness Sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
● Knowledge of Hindi and regional languages will be an added advantage.
● Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
● Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
● Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
● Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
● Prior experience handling inbound leads and customer counselling.
