Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving daily and monthly calling targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Explain company products and services to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
- Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
- Meet daily call volume, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work with CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
