About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to operations management, customer engagement, digital marketing campaigns, and activation initiatives. The ideal candidate should be organized, eager to learn, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Support
- Assist in managing daily operational activities and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business processes.
- Track and update operational reports and dashboards.
Data Management
- Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and operational records.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports and analyze basic operational data as required.
Calling & Customer Coordination
- Make outbound calls to customers, prospects, partners, or vendors.
- Follow up on inquiries, appointments, and campaign-related activities.
- Record call outcomes and maintain communication logs.
Digital Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for content distribution and campaign tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reports.
Activation Campaign Support
- Support the planning and execution of on-ground and promotional activation campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics, participant engagement, and campaign documentation.
- Assist in collecting feedback and preparing post-campaign reports.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and local language(s).
- Comfortable making calls and interacting with customers/stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
