Job Description
Manifold Impex Pvt Ltd, a growing railway components manufacturing company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts team
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, labor laws)
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee engagement and grievance resolution
- Support performance appraisal and training activities
- Assist in manpower planning with department heads
Requirements
- Any Graduate or related field
- 1–4 years of HR experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
- Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC compliance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools
