About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Sales Principal. The successful candidate will be highly organized, tech‑savvy, and excellent at managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling communications across departments. This role requires strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), exceptional English communication, discretion, and a customer‑focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Principal, including calendar management, scheduling, travel planning, and expense reporting.
- Maintain and prioritize the Principal’s daily agenda, proactively resolving conflicts and optimizing time.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, circulate materials, and follow up on action items.
- Prepare, proofread, and format presentations, reports, and correspondence using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and advanced Excel.
- Create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets (sales trackers, pipelines, reports), generate charts and summaries for meetings.
- Serve as a liaison with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth information flow and timely completion of tasks.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with event coordination, client hospitality, and meeting logistics both in office and offsite.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow‑ups; maintain organized files (digital and physical).
- Handle ad hoc projects and research as required to support the Principal and the sales function.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership, preferably in sales or a fast‑paced commercial environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, charts), strong PowerPoint and Word skills, and confident use of Outlook.
- Excellent written and spoken English; strong interpersonal and telephone skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
- Professional demeanor, high standards of grooming and client interaction.
- Proven experience coordinating cross‑functional activities and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.

- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) or sales analytics platforms.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and terminology.
- Familiarity with travel and expense systems.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
