Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies within the Edutech sector. The role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility, student acquisition, and engagement across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research on student behavior, trends, and competitor activities.
- Create and manage annual and quarterly marketing plans and budgets.
2. Digital Marketing
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Improve SEO, SEM, and website traffic for better lead generation.
- Supervise content creation for blogs, videos, reels, email campaigns, and social media.
3. Brand Management
- Build and maintain strong brand presence across all channels.
- Ensure consistent brand communication in all materials.
- Manage PR activities, influencer partnerships, and student success stories.
4. Lead Generation & Student Acquisition
- Develop targeted campaigns for student enrollment and course promotion.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure high-quality lead flow.
- Track and optimize the student acquisition funnel.
5. Team Leadership
- Lead a team of designers, content creators, and digital marketers.
- Collaborate with academic, product, and sales teams for campaign alignment.
- Provide mentoring, guidance, and performance tracking.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Utilize insights to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Edutech or Education Industry marketing.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared, TeleCRM, etc.
- Creative ability to develop engaging student campaigns.
- Understanding of student psychology and education trends.
- Experience in managing events, webinars, and academic marketing.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
