Drive high-quality in-market execution through strong distributor management and team leadership.
- Deliver volume, NSV, profitability & brand/segment-wise targets across channels.
- Manage distributor operations: ROI, infrastructure, inventory norms, credit discipline, manpower deployment & DMS hygiene.
- Strengthen RTM architecture: beat planning, outlet coverage expansion & route optimisation.
- Lead ASE/FOS teams through capability building, joint market working & structured business reviews.
- Ensure strict compliance with pricing, statutory norms, excise regulations & label guidelines.
- Drive visibility execution, planogram adherence & shelf share maximisation.
- Implement consumer/trade schemes, BTL activations & seasonal campaigns.
- Lead competitor tracking: pricing, schemes, market share, NPD activity & distribution gaps.
- Provide forecasting inputs for demand planning & monthly operating plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, key accounts & regulatory bodies.
- Use MIS dashboards to identify performance gaps, productivity issues & required interventions.
Bachelor’s degree mandatory; MBA preferred (Sales/Marketing).
- Distributor management excellence with strong command over ROI, replenishment norms & operational hygiene.
- Sales leadership capabilities with demonstrated success in managing field teams at scale.
- Strong negotiation ability across trade, distributor partners & key retail stakeholders.
- High analytical capability—interpretation of MIS, productivity dashboards, coverage analytics & market intelligence.
- Strong compliance orientation with deep understanding of excise guidelines & pricing governance.
- Team management & coaching skills with a track record of capability building.
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution in complex, competitive markets; ability to influence without authority.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, planning & decision-making abilities.
- Prior sales functional experience (strong preference for Alcobev).
- Proven experience handling distributors, field teams & multiple sales channels.
- Experience in DMS, SAP, or similar sales systems is highly preferred.
