Job Summary:
This position will be a part of the UKG FP&A group in support of the Bookings FP&A team. This position will be based out of UKG’s Noida office in India and will report to the Manager (Noida) while directly partnering with the US Corporate FP&A and Other Supporting teams. Further, this position will operate during 11:30am IST to 8:30pm IST.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with creation and distribution of monthly bookings reporting packages, combining financial and operational metrics, while adhering to deadlines
- Support Bookings FP&A performance reporting including analysis of key KPIs (Bookings, ARR, mix, discounting, volume drivers) and provide clear variance commentary
- Participate in the monthly close process, including journal entry preparation/support and analytical review aligned to bookings-related reporting and expense tracking
- Maintain and update monthly expense and headcount tracking databases/tools (including MS Access or successor tooling)
- Assist with monthly forecasts (Bookings, ARR drivers, revenue, expense, capital and headcount as applicable) incorporating actual trends and functional inputs
- Ensure offline models and reporting reconcile to system-based management reporting; investigate and resolve variances
- Perform variance analysis vs Forecast/Budget/Prior Period and drive meaningful interpretation of results for leadership stakeholders
- Establish and maintain standardized financial reporting, metrics, and analytical routines that meet the needs of the business, corporate finance, and executive leadership
- Support ad hoc analyses (e.g., customer/product/region deep dives, strategic deal analysis, discount leakage, mix shifts) as needed
Skills / Qualification: -
- Advanced Excel skills for large-scale financial modeling, reconciliation, and analysis (pivots, lookups, structured datasets etc.)
- Power BI experience required; ability to build/refresh reporting views and interpret trends for stakeholders
- Experience working with ERP/financial systems (Anaplan/Azure/ChatGPT preferred); comfort extracting, validating, and reconciling data across sources
- Strong communication skills—able to translate complex analysis into clear, leadership-ready insights
- Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across global teams and time zones
- Experience working remotely with a US multinational company and operating in a cross-time-zone model
- Strong planning and execution skills; able to manage multiple deliverables, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Highly analytical and proactive problem-solver who anticipates issues, investigates root causes, and drives resolution
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong controls mindset
- High ownership and accountability; able to work independently while continuously learning and improving processes
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance required
- CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred
