We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve store targets.
- Maintain inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and minimize stock losses.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store displays meet company standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and management regarding stock replenishment and store requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience .
- 2–5 years of experience in retail management or store operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and improve store performance.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
