Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator with 1 to 2 years of experience in a media company to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in MS Office and have excellent presentation skills. You will play a key role in coordinating projects, ensuring timely completion, and assisting in the overall project management process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the execution of projects, ensuring all deliverables meet the quality standards and deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and presentations.
- Assist project managers in day-to-day tasks, tracking project milestones, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues.
- Ensure all tasks are completed as per the project plan, identifying and mitigating potential delays or risks.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document key discussion points and action items.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of each project’s objectives and requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Project Coordinator in a media company.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach with the ability to solve problems quickly.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in media studies, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
