Job Description: Field Sales Executive (Modular Kitchens & Wardrobes)
Location: Navalur, Chennai (Targeting OMR, Siruseri, Padur, and surrounding areas)
Experience: 1–4 Years in Field Sales (Interiors, Real Estate, or Building Materials preferred)
Reports to: Sales Head / Studio Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to join our growing modular kitchens & Wardrobes vertical. As a "Lead Hunter," you will be our face on the ground, identifying new residential projects and connecting with homeowners during their most critical decision-making phase: the handover. With our own state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, European-engineered hardware, and E1-certified eco-friendly panels, you will have the strongest product story in the market to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Identification: Daily mapping and visiting of "Ready-to-Occupy" and "Upcoming" apartment complexes and gated communities within a 15km radius of Navalur.
- Lead Generation: Proactively approaching homeowners, site engineers, and association members to generate qualified leads (Site Measurement Requests).
- Relationship Management: Building a network with local real estate agents, facility managers, and interior influencers to get early info on new apartment handovers.
- Product Demonstration: Carrying and presenting physical samples (E1 Boards, European Hinges) to demonstrate quality and durability on-site.
- Appointment Setting: Coordinating with the Studio team to book site visits and walk-ins to the studio for prospective clients.
- Market Intelligence: Tracking competitor activity in the OMR belt and reporting new residential launches or pricing trends.
Candidate Requirements
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license (Mandatory).
- Languages: Fluency in Tamil (to deal with site staff) and English (to deal with OMR-based IT professionals).
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record in "Hard Selling" or "Door-to-Door" B2C sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Modular Kitchens, Tiles, Paints (Asian Paints/Berger), or Real Estate is a huge plus.
- Communication: Ability to explain technical benefits (like E1 emission standards) in simple, persuasive terms.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹2,20,000 – ₹3,30,000 per annum (Based on experience).
- Monthly Allowances: Competitive Petrol and Mobile reimbursement.
- Incentive Structure: High-yield, uncapped incentives per lead and per final closure (Industry-best rates).
