Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the delivery of comprehensive engineering services by contributing to the development of technical solutions that address complex challenges. The role requires collaboration across multiple disciplines to ensure structural integrity and compliance with design and qualification standards. Daily activities include analyzing engineering problems, coordinating with various teams to manage configurations, and applying practical experience to meet business goals effectively. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical data for engineering solutions.
- Assist in documenting and maintaining engineering processes and technical specifications.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on engineering practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing engineering workflows and outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Defense, Aircraft Maintenance.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and their application in repair manual authoring.
- Familiarity with technical documentation standards and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education including BE, BTech, or AME is required.
