Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify prospects lead through inbound and outbound communication channels.
- Counsel potential candidates regarding program details, career opportunities, and value proposition.
- Conduct calls, virtual presentations, and in-person meetings to promote training programs.
- Schedule and manage demo sessions; ensure attendance and follow-up for conversion.
- Convert interested prospects into enrolments by effectively addressing queries and objections.
- Re-engage inactive or pending leads from CRM databases.
- Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions, partners, and stakeholders.
- Achieve defined monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with collections teams for payment processing and financing support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, demos, and enrolments in CRM systems.
- Work closely with academic and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of students.
- Prepare and submit periodic performance and pipeline reports to the reporting manager.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development (EdTech preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and regional language
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and close opportunities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
