- Execute API manufacturing processes as per approved SOPs and batch manufacturing records (BMR)
- Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers, distillation units, and related equipment
- Control and record process parameters (temperature, pressure, pH, time, yield)
- Handle raw materials, solvents, intermediates, and finished APIs safely
- Ensure strict compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental guidelines
- Perform in-process checks and coordinate with QC for sampling and testing
- Maintain accurate documentation (BMR, logbooks, deviation reports)
- Troubleshoot process deviations and support process optimization
- Participate in audits, validations, and inspections
- Follow EHS practices and waste management procedures
