Position Summary
The Project & Content Lead is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and successful execution of branding, marketing, and creative projects while ensuring the development of high-quality, strategy-driven content. This role serves as the bridge between clients, strategy, and creative teams, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the client's business objectives and brand identity.
Project Leadership
- Lead and manage multiple branding, marketing, and creative projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including strategists, designers, video editors, photographers, digital marketers, and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks, bottlenecks, and resource conflicts.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and project profitability.
Content Leadership
- Develop content strategies that align with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
- Plan and oversee content creation for social media, websites, advertising campaigns, presentations, blogs, email marketing, and other communication channels.
- Review, edit, and approve content to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand voice.
- Collaborate with the creative team to transform strategic ideas into compelling content and campaigns.
