- Perform valuations of properties, assets, business.
- Prepare comprehensive valuation reports and recommendations.
- Review and validate valuation methodologies and assumptions.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Liaise with clients, banks, auditors, legal professionals, and government agencies.
- Provide expert opinions for lending, taxation, acquisition, disposal, litigation, or financial reporting purposes.
- Mentor and supervise junior valuation staff.
- Stay updated on market trends, valuation techniques, and industry regulations.
