As an HR Executive, you will act as the people enabler on-ground, ensuring seamless HR operations across the outlet while driving hiring, engagement, compliance, and culture-building initiatives.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlet roles (service staff, kitchen, brewing, support functions)
- Partner with operations managers to forecast manpower requirements
- Ensure quick TAT hiring in a high-attrition environment
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HRMIS data
- Manage exit formalities & attrition tracking
- Ensure compliance with:
- Labour laws
- Shops & Establishment Act
- PF, ESIC, gratuity norms
- Coordinate with accounts for payroll inputs & validation
- Drive employee engagement activities at outlet level
- Act as a bridge between staff & management
- Resolve grievances and disciplinary issues proactively
- Track and report:
- Attrition
- Hiring metrics
- Attendance & productivity
- Provide actionable insights to improve workforce stability
- Coordinate training programs (service excellence, hygiene, SOPs)
- Support managers in performance management cycles
- 2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in hospitality / QSR / retail / alco-bev)
- Strong understanding of blue-collar & frontline hiring
- Knowledge of labour law compliance
- Excellent interpersonal & conflict resolution skills
- Experience in multi-outlet / chain operations
- Exposure to high-volume hiring environments
- Familiarity with HRMS tools
