About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing startup team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, lead generation, brand building, content creation, and performance marketing. Since we are a startup, the candidate must be willing to take ownership, work independently, and contribute across multiple marketing functions.
The role involves managing online marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, generating qualified leads, improving brand visibility, and supporting business growth through digital channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage company presence across social media platforms including:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Create and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
Performance Marketing
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns through:
- Google Ads
- Facebook Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Monitor campaign budgets and improve ROI.
- Generate leads through paid and organic marketing channels.
SEO & Website Management
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve website rankings through on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Update website content, landing pages, blogs, and product information.
- Track website performance and user behavior.
Content Creation
- Write marketing content including:
- Blogs
- Social media captions
- Email campaigns
- Product descriptions
- Promotional materials
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and video editors to create marketing assets.
Lead Generation & Growth Marketing
- Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns.
- Support sales teams with marketing-qualified leads.
- Identify new customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track marketing performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Required QualificationsEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.
Experience
- 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Fresher with strong internship/project experience may also apply.
