Job Summary
The Marketing Executive is responsible for generating new business for security services, identifying prospective clients, arranging meetings, submitting quotations, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for security guard and housekeeping service contracts.
- Visit industries, factories, hospitals, schools, colleges, apartments, and commercial establishments.
- Meet decision-makers and promote company services.
- Arrange client meetings and presentations.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and contract proposals.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Maintain records of leads, visits, and client feedback.
- Coordinate with operations team for service implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience in marketing, sales, or business development preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.

Target & Incentives
- Monthly Target: As assigned by Management.
- Incentive payable on achieving business targets and successful contract closures.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
