Responsibilities — You will be trained and expected to:
Kitchen
- Prepare and plate all menu items as per BSE SOP and quality standards
- Follow Jain and Normal preparation protocols strictly — separate vessels, separate handling
- Maintain mise en place and ensure kitchen is always stocked and ready
- Follow FIFO and food safety standards at all times
Counter & Service
- Greet every customer warmly — "Welcome to BSE!"
- Take orders accurately — collect name, phone number, confirm Normal or Jain on every item
- Suggest add-ons and beverages on every order
- Serve food promptly and correctly to the right customer
Billing & Cash
- Operate POS billing system accurately
- Handle cash, UPI and card payments
- Ensure cash drawer is balanced at opening and closing
- Never skip confirming order before billing
Cleaning & Hygiene
- Complete opening and closing cleaning checklists every shift
- Keep counter, kitchen, dining area and equipment clean throughout the shift
- Wash dishes and utensils as needed — no task is beneath anyone
- Report equipment issues to manager immediately
Team & Discipline
- Be on time, in uniform, every shift — no exceptions
- Inform manager minimum 7 days in advance for any leave request
- Support teammates during rush — step in wherever needed
- Maintain a respectful, professional environment at all times
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
