CandiClie Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our business growth by identifying and developing high-quality sales opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals who are skilled in research, outreach, and building a strong sales pipeline across target markets.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads through multiple channels, and supporting the sales team with consistent and relevant opportunities. The role involves working closely with internal teams to understand service offerings and target audiences, ensuring that lead generation efforts are aligned with business objectives.
This is a performance-driven role, where compensation and growth are directly linked to measurable outcomes. The offered CTC of up to ₹6 LPA is structured in alignment with clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which are mandatory . Candidates are expected to consistently meet the minimum KPI benchmarks, including lead quality, conversion potential, and pipeline contribution, in order to justify their compensation and progression within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across target industries and geographies.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.).
- Maintain and manage a structured lead database and pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance metrics.
- Continuously improve outreach strategies to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
Key Performance Expectations (KPIs)
- Consistent delivery of pre-defined minimum qualified leads per month.
- Lead quality aligned with business requirements and conversion potential.
- Contribution to pipeline growth and sales opportunities.
- Timely reporting and maintenance of accurate data.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development in B2B.
- Strong research, communication, cold calling and outreach skills.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, email outreach tools, etc.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
