Kitchen Helper – Hotel / Multi-Cuisine

Role Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to support the kitchen team in daily food preparation and maintain a clean, hygienic and organised work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation and mise en place.
- Wash, clean and cut vegetables and other ingredients as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work areas and utensils.
- Assist with receiving, storing and organising kitchen supplies.
- Support chefs during busy restaurant service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Help with dishwashing, waste disposal and general kitchen duties.
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean and organised throughout operations.

- Willing to work rotational shifts.
